The town of Hebron will soon sport their own shopping mall to cater for their daily shopping needs without migrating to other areas outside of their catchment area. The mall is strategically placed on a main road and the site plan will make provision for a taxi rank and bus drop off and collection point. Adequate on grade parking will be provided for patrons to the site.
The tenancies within the mall will be anchored by two food anchors, banks, textiles restaurants, services related shops and a hardware shop will provide for interesting shopping, relaxing and dining. The food court will also be supported by two drive through’s.
The architectural theming, styling elements and choice of external and internal finishes will have a modern and chic appearance. We are striving to achieve a timeless ambience where the focus is on the shop’s merchandise and not the complicated overwhelming interiors.
The shoppers needs will be catered for in the form of adequate ablutions, family and baby rooms, sufficient mall furniture and paving areas. The layout of the mall was kept very linear with the shopper in mind and ease of walking through the mall.
This mall will not only satisfy the shopping experience, but in its design and tenancies, will become a place to meet friends, experience exhibitions and shows, eating and watching the passing patrons.
This will be a place to be seen in Hebron.
